A summary of the College of Engineering and Computer Science Undergraduate Student Academic Advising Policies and Procedures can be found in this booklet. Students at the Main Campus or Lake Campus from other academic units that wish to change their major to engineering or computer science can apply to change their major by using the Electronic Change of Major Form available on Wings Express. Students thinking about changing their major should contact an Enrollment Advisor below for more information.
Intending Engineering and Computer Science (IECS) students should contact the Academic Affairs office in 404 Russ, at (937) 775-5272 to make an appointment. All IECS students have mandatory advising, so they must meet with their advisor prior to registration each term. Once an IECS student has met the CECS Admission Requirements, they will be transitioned to their Departmental Advisor.
